They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. "I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor."
