Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including a private pool, spacious garden, and comfortable living areas. Enjoy the convenience of free parking on site. Please note that we have a friendly caretaker residing in a separate area of the property who will be available to assist you without intruding on your privacy.

Please note, pets are allowed with a limit of 2, and we kindly ask that you clean up after your furry friends. Smoking is prohibited inside bedrooms and other areas like the living room, and we encourage a peaceful environment; therefore, quiet hours are set from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please keep in mind that additional guest outside the reservation are allowed upon request with a maximum of 3 visitors. Heated pool is available with an additional fee of $500 MXN per day. Also we have additional services for our guest comfort cleaning service is available for $500 MXN per day and cooking service is available for 400 MXN per day. We kindly remind guests that energy usage should be considered, turning off lights and appliances when not in use.
