"Good hotel. Great location and staff was lovely. Fresh coffee every morning was great. Room was very dark (limited lighting in room, smaller window) so ultimately didn’t want to spend much time in there. Room showed some wear. Provided robe was dirty/had stains on it."

"Friendly staff and the hotel felt safe, but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise. It’s located on a busy main street, and the traffic noise is constant. Heavy vehicles sometimes even made the floor vibrate. The hotel provides earplugs, but they didn’t help much. The shower also had very low water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was fine, but the noise alone would keep me from recommending this hotel."

"We really loved our stay at Casa Ofelia. We stayed at the LeMat Master Suite and it was well worth it. Location was convenient for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful, modern yet cozy furniture and architecture. Highly recommend it!"

"The NOISE was unbearable !!! The room was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. I actually had to go out and buy earplugs. The cleanliness of the room was also poor: I found items under the bed, and both the floors and the room felt dusty. The reception manager was polite and nice, but he acted as if the noise was not really a serious issue. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which almost makes up for the noise, but the poor cleaning was the final disappointment."
