"check in took over 20 mins, waiting for the staff to show us our room. There was no cable, no heated floora as advertised, not enough towells and the restaurant closes at 530pm. On top of that, when we tried to leave the property, we had to call several times and around 30 mins until finally someone came to open. Worst experience and service ever.
