The water was less than warm which made it very difficult to shower. Because the the town is up in the mountains, it is very cold. So having no hot water was a difficult experience. Besides that, the food and the staff were excellent.

Staff are nice and the hotel is clean and elegant. But the rooms are very small and all equipment (everything from the gym to the hairdryers) is ancient and on its last legs.

In the center and walking distance to everything. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper and planning on going during the weekend, good luck. There is a rooftop nearby that plays music on the weekends loudly. Aside from that, the staff was really helpful.

Great location, within walking distance of most landmarks. However, I experienced issues with hot water during my stay. Additionally, there was an excessive use of spray (either bug spray or cleaning spray) in the elevator and corridors, resulting in an overpowering smell.
