"Staff friendly, helpful and efficient: very pleasant."

"Bathroom was tired. Bed not very comfy so did not sleep well. Evening meal very good but breakfast some was hot some warm and as on a cold plate it was cold quickly. coffee in pots tasted like it had been out too long and was only tepid"

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Very dated needs a refurb."

"Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time."

"Very quiet considering it’s above a pub. Room was nice but nothing special. Bath is modern and in good condition. Town is nice with a number of restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was good but some fresh fruit would be nice."
