"There had been a storm & power outage in the city. The young clerk was cool, calm & collective as he had to handwrite all the check-in reservations! Stayed at this hotel often, its Great! Never been disappointed."

"I was traveling by myself with my yorkies, (which is hard enough) but they were accommodating and kind and very welcoming of my fur babies. Not all hotels are like that. Even if they claim to be “pet friendly” they’re not always “friendly” about it. But I was pleasantly welcomed. I’d stay again!"

"A very relaxing atmosphere in the country but with all of the comforts a person could want. Close to town yet remote in the woods. It was the perfect location to relax. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room (103) was spacious, very clean and was spartan in appearance. Furniture was relatively new and undamaged and wall recently painted. Relatively quiet location and secure. A/C worked fine, as soon as you figured out how the controls worked. Numerous electrical outlets. Comfortable king-sized bed. Room contained a frig and microwave. TV worked fine. Shower worked OK, although tub enclosure was worn. Surprisingly, no box of available tissue paper. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Excellent overall for the price, if a basic room is all that is needed."
