"Only real complaint was the constant smell of mildew on the first floor room we had. The parking and amenities where fantastic otherwise. I was not a huge fan of the complex "self" check-in, but eventually got it figured out."

""Rustic" is right on the money. The whole place is a throwback to the 60's and 70's. Heater was turned to pilot so it got cold cold cold! Large bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, All in all, we would go there again since it's so close to my sister's house. Approach road was total BS. They dug a huge, 8" deep, ditch and called it a speed bump."

"The cottage was so cozy and the view from the river was amazing! The check-in process was easy and the communication was prompt. One piece of information I would have found helpful was how to lock the door when leaving the property. The only thing I would say as a negative was how hot the cottage was without central cooling. The fan provided is definitely needed. I would stay here again!"

"Very nice cabin close to town and RMNP entrance. Looked to be newly updated. Very well appointed kitchen with utensils, pots, pans etc. One thing that I would like to see added are ice cube trays."

"The advertisement for this property was right on. It was rustic - not modern or luxury. But that’s what I was looking for. It was very clean and had everything I needed to spend three days in safe, quiet and beautiful mountains. I would go back in a heartbeat."
