Great bay view, great front desk help. Hotel was a definite 1 star only. Everything is dated OLD. Lots of repairs needed throughout room and property. Bedding was clean so no complaints there. Pricing was a little high for a 1 star hotel with limited amenities. Paying for the view.

King's Bay Lodge
Overall pleased, and would stay there again. But as I suspect many other people have mentioned, parking is a problem if you have more than one car or a trailer. If you do, you will probably need to find someplace else to park it, and at your expense. And ironically, they have floating boat docks ...

Retreat at Crystal Manatee
Beautiful courtyard with huge oak tree shading tables. Property right beside a park with kayak and other water craft rentals and a pier where people fish. Property was extremely clean. We enjoyed the eclectic art and design. Would stay here again.
