Apartments in Cruz Bay

"Our condo was bayside and gorgeous. Overall the grounds were well maintained and perfectly located on a peninsula within walking distance to Cruz Bay restaurants, bars, ferry and shops. Great views of the other islands from pool and snorkeling off oceanside deck. The restaurant is lovely with fantastic views of the ocean and sunset. Great food! My only complaint was that one of the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. She gave incorrect information on several occasions, errors due to lack of wanting to be bothered. I would give higher rating if there was better front desk hospitality."

"Woken up every morning by a rooster outside our door. They did provide ear plugs. Also new construction going on across the street adds to noise. Not their fault but. "

"Fantastic location in Chocolate Hole. The Villa itself is clean, bright, high-tech and furnished with high-end appliances and thoughtful detail, such as a Keurig cubby upstairs and robes in the closets. The villa is just Steps from a beach to snorkel. Our master bedroom was huge with high ceilings. The master bedroom balcony was spacious and provided a view of the bay. We played many card games at night and sipped coffee in the morning. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs are provided to use. Construction on other villas is ongoing, but was not noisy. Very quiet at night. The entrance road is deceiving, but after the modest gravel road, the beautifully landscaped villas emerge."

"This place was wonderful with a stunning view! We spent 5 nights here to celebrate our 15th anniversary. James met us at the ferry and guided us to the house and showed us around. The sunsets were spectacular with the gorgeous view! The house was unique- I love all the arched doorways and windows with wood shutters and the round stained glass window. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked/grilled a lot the first 3 days. Having a big refrigerator was nice! The living/dining room is a screened in room. We watched a big iguana outside in a tree for awhile. It got a little warm during the afternoon/sunset but St. John is always warm.🙂 We didn't use the hot tub since it was warm. We didn't use the pool either since we were usually worn out from swimming at the beaches. There were coolers,beach towels,chairs and floats there which was so nice for our beach excursions. Having a way to do laundry was nice! The bathroom$ was also stocked well with towels. There are steps going into the house,up top to the pool/deck and inside going to the bathroom/laundry rooms. So if you're elderly,this may not be the place for you. There were chickens,iguanas and hermit crabs around to add to the island feel. The electricity went off a few times which is not the owner's fault, but be aware that it happens frequently on the island. We'd definitely stay again!"

"Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!"
