"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "Had a great stay. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the town's traffic noise, this is it. Great views of the town below from the terrace/balcony and kitchen. The modern and quiet air conditioning system in the kitchen was enough to cool the whole apartment, but if you need some extra cold, the bedrooms have their own AC.
