"Like the other reviews have said, lots of stairs and very run down. When we arrived, the ground floor patio door didn’t lock. They got it fixed the next day so nothing serious. There is no in room safe. We also had the room with the kitchenette, but disappointed to find it came with only a few plates and some random cutlery. "The office staff would constantly turn the air conditioning system off without telling us. The TV volume did not work, and office/cleaning crew would constantly want to count our room towels. On the positive side, the pool was kept to high standards and the pool staff was friendly so was the overnight office staff. I will not stay there again for sure! "
