"Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo. Room was bigger than it looked online. Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay) It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"

"The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location in the Marylebone neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, underground. The iconic Daunt book store and the underrated Wallace Collection are close by."

"All good"

"Excellent location, large room with good amenities. Laundry room was a bonus."

"Wonderful hotel located in London’s financial district. Centrally located, with quick access to three separate tube stations. It makes getting anywhere you want to go to in London a breeze. Leadenhall Market is right around the corner, with several pubs and restaurants. Very clean rooms, nicely appointed, with very responsive staff."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

"Excellent experience. The check in process was smooth and pleasant. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and had all the items needed to feel right at home. Would most definitely stay here again"
