"During checkout, the alarm in the room would not stop ringing. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night, and we had already informed Quinn that he would add an extra night for us. However, Nicolas did not even wait a few minutes before making a new online reservation for another night. The customer service was catastrophic."

"Husband and I had a brilliant night's sleep. Heard no noise from the road. Bedroom and bathroom were really clean. Had continental breakfast and that was very fresh and nice. "

"House was setup, clean and tidy for us. We were up there on business for the week and ticked all the boxes for what we needed. The seals around the bath are failing, this will need fixing before it causes water leaks downstairs. Please make it clearer that the free parking is on street parking and a free for all. There is plenty of street parking, so it’s not an issue. We assumed there would be off street parking for at least 1 vehicle. On the whole though, nice property in a quiet part of town, price was very reasonable and when contacting the owner/agent before arrival, he was quick to respond. Visit the pie factory at the bottom of the road, the food is beautiful. If we are working up here again, we will definitely stay again. "

"Nothing good to say. It was very run down shower tap coming away from wall no hot water ,floor was wet in main area. painted tiles which was peeling away. Pillows were flat . It was a no smoking and it smelt of stale cigarette smoke "

"The Blue Moon Ensuite is suitable for a short stay and works best for one person, though it may not meet the needs of someone travelling for work. There is no dedicated desk, and the Wi‑Fi connection was intermittent during my visit.The bedding had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly prepared, so I used my own bedding. The mattress was quite firm for my taste, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the back door area.The towels didn’t seem freshly laundered either. On the positive side, the floors and equipment were clean. The kettle, next to the socket extension lead, had been pre‑filled with water. I chose not to use it.On the positive side, the parking space by the ensuite driveway is very convenient, and all access instructions were provided promptly and clearly."
