I love the chairs in the reception area and the floral arrangements on the wall leading to the elevator gives the place a warm and elegant touch. The rest room next to this is kept immaculately. Friendly staff. Walking distance to London Eye. Directly across from here is a pub/ restaurant. Room service for breakfast was prompt, very tasty and I was served a substantial amount. I was also given a gift voucher the first night - 10 euros. "

"We had a great stay and arrived to be told we had been selected as “VIP guests of the day” which was a nice surprise. We had a room upgrade and executive lounge access which was lovely. The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower heads, needed a clean, but the upgraded room view was amazing."
