"Was upgraded to a double when checking in, but the room was decorated totally in a depressing grey and looked tired. The Banksy-style wall art was seriously menacing for a woman travelling alone! Asked for a corkscrew as the bar didn’t seem to be manned at any time, but there was none available, and when I asked where I could get coffee (no facilities in room) concierge waved his arms towards the door saying that there weren’t plenty of coffee shops in the locale - unhelpful.
