So we called and spoke with Elizabeth She got us the key for the thermostat and told us where the fan was located. The apartment is set up so cute from the reading nook to the kitchen. "This unit was just as listed and super clean! The location is just a few short blocks from the riverfront, restaurants and aquarium and just over the river from Cincinnati. The unit does face the street, so there is some street noise at night, but otherwise very comfortable, safe, and a relaxing place to stay! Highly recommend!"

"The place was as advertised. Two issues. First, the place hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It was resolved quickly so really not a big deal. I did get reimbursed $75 though. Second, the WIFI was essentially useless. We had to work off of iPhone hot spots. Fortunately we were not around much and this is why I didn't escalate at the time. "

"It was a great place to stay for going to a concert at the Great American Ball Park. Neighborhood had a great diner and bbq restaurant very close. Only suggestion would be some kind of drapes over the bedroom blinds in the door. The sun comes in bright and early and there is also a gap where someone could look right in. Might not bothere some but I like it private. Property manager answered my question very fast and was very pleasant. Thanks! "
