"Stayed in March, was still chilly out..... property is in an area being revitalized......super close to everything.....was very clean......outside could use a little sprucing up......but overall was a nice place and was very close to everything. Would definitely stay again "

"The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. "Place was perfect in every aspect. It was an incredibly clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located with a single parking space, about a 20 minute walk to the ballpark.Practically a three bedroom, with a very comfortable sofa in the basement living room that included a foosball table. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Cincinnati!"
