"We had a fantastic time at Stratton House. The location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds and there are lots of things to see and do around Cirencester. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely traditional English feel. There was plenty of parking and the hotel bar was terrific. Jack, one of the barmen, was very attentive and friendly and really couldn’t have done a better job. The bar menu was great and we particularly enjoyed the local gin and beer options. We ate some beautiful meals there also - the leek and potato soup was the best I’ve ever eaten! "

"Staff were really helpful and friendly, and we felt really well looked after. Children were really well catered for. Dinner was reasonably priced and good quality with children eating free. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable pull out sofa. The hotel was clean and definitely exceeded our expectations for the night. "
