"I loved this place to stay. It is in a truly beautiful location and is a gorgeous old building. The rooms are charming and i would say the food is outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. I did try to arrange an early, takeaway breakfast due to an early start but unfortunately this didn't happen but that was my only issue."

Bathroom was also decorated really well although a bit tired and the aircon unit outside the window was rattling away, couldn’t close the window to block the noise as it had been jammed open. Breakfast service was poor, waited 20 minutes before getting given a menu and then gave up waiting after that"

"The Coombe House experience with our host David was simply amazing. He greeted us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our room and breakfast was top-notch. Our bed and shower welcoming and relaxing. David provides a first class experience for all his guests. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s over the years but the Coombe House is #1. When in the Cotswolds, I would definitely recommend staying there. "

" basic but very comfortable accommodation 10 minutes walk from the nearest pub.The room was a decent size the bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though.
