My only discomfort was the portable air conditioner did not keep the living room cool at all throughout the day and we had on the lowest setting But portable air conditioners in the rooms if you kept the door shut kept the rooms cool The outside temperature was in high 80’s during my stay But it was spacious and had room for the family that stopped by to visit "

"This unit is in a convenient location. There are plenty of things within walking distance, including a great coffee shop a couple of blocks away as well as a wine bar with food truck right next door! The unit is spacious for a studio and very cozy. "
