"Awful. House was 95F/35C on arrival. If 80F or more outside, house was an oven. No fans, no curtains, still an oven late at night. The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!).
