"Easy, and nice."

"This was a perfect spot for myself and my husband. The apartment provided everything we needed and is so close to the beach. The apartment was clean and provided almost everything we needed. We just had to provide the groceries. It was quiet and we didn’t hear a lot of noise From the other occupants. We will return there again."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Loved having private access to the beach, the views were beautiful, and the private pool was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Divina the owner was so friendly and welcoming, giving us tips of things to do and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. It’s a huge house with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future."

"This was our third year at this property and it couldn’t be more perfect for our group of 20. Having king beds and en-suite baths in EVERY bedroom is luxurious, and nobody feels like they are getting the worst room - there simply isn’t one. The outdoor areas, ping pong, and the game room provide so many choices of activities that there is no way to get bored, even if a thunderstorm rolls in. Our biggest concern every day was how much time to spend at the beach vs the pool, the walk is so convenient that we did both. Having the fridge, wet bar, and poolside bathroom steps from the lounge chairs make this feel like a resort, without any other people. Our only lament is that we couldn’t book our same week for 2026 - maybe my reviews were too good?"

"Every year my husband’s s extended family meets up for a family get together at Crescent Beach. This year we wanted to take our senior dogs to be able to see the ocean and enjoy some time with our now adult children. The house was exactly as you seen in the pictures, very clean, comfortable, and has a great outdoor fenced patio perfect for BBQ and spend family time with our fur babies. It’s a short one block walk away from the beach. We definitely plan to come back! We loved our stay at The Pelican Landing! "

"Townhouse was decorated beach style and very nice furniture , fluffy towels , beach chairs/ umbrellas , beach toys, every kitchen utensil needed , comfy beds , extra fans in every room , extra hairdryers . Overall the condo was great. The only thing is my dad has bad knees and I felt really bad him climbing the stairs. Also the beach access is walking distance but also has a lot of stairs if your traveling with kids , take a beach buggy. You can drive on the beach if you have a 4 wheel drive. "
