"THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. IT has a mansion type feel to it. The rooms / bathrooms are super nice. The breakfast was solid with fruit, yogurt and bangles. Coffee was delicious. There’s a dock that you can walk out on. Maybe 200 ft long. Has a nice little swimming pool. It’s small but it works. Great place for pictures and recharging. The walls are alittle thin. Remember this a mansion style vibe. Parking a little tight but not bad. Super easy check in. The public beach access will be about a 10 minute walk. Give this place a stay 🌴"

"We loved our week at sea gem. Great weather, great view, great amenities! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well accessorized. We were greeted with frosty Pilsner glasses in the freezer. Pool was nice and beach was wide and clean. Would definitely recommend for a family get-away. "

"Check-in was extremely easy, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances. The second floor bedrooms had comfortable beds with a great view from the master. The kids loved the ocean and pool. "

"We absolutely loved our experience this past week. We had 17 people from 15 yrs old and up. The place was clean and exactly as pictured and advertised. The staff was responsive and available to our 1 need - that is how fun it was and allowed us to enjoy the beach and all that the area had to provide. So much room for all types of people to enjoy. "

"The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed."

"This is our third different unit in the same condo building and everything was great. We love the location and easy access to the beach and pool. This unit had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toiletries, etc. My only critique is the cookware and utensils need to be updated and it would be great to have kid friendly dishes! Otherwise, it was perfect!"
