The neighbor allowing us to use their drive way to get to the dock was a life saver and their fireworks show was lit! Highly recommend this house!"

Great location right off Smith Lake and even had some kayaks to use (we appreciated the life jackets as well). Only recommendation I would have to make it better would be to add a pier so you don't have to deal with getting mud everywhere when getting kayaks in the lake! "
