"I stayed at Inn on the Lake and had a really good experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the lake, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. "We stayed here for two nights while visiting my mum in hospital. The location was good. From the outside, the hotel looks run down, and the car park to. Once inside its a lot better, clean, looked after and very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom we had was a good size, a comfy bed though the pillows were a bit firm for me. The ensuite was big with a very good shower. The rooms are dated and could do with updating. The breakfast was lovely with good choices on the menu and it was free. Free parking as well which is a bonus. I would stay again if the need arises. "

"The bathroom was starting to flood from the shower so i took out the plug to be greeted by a plug hole full of hair .which i cleaned out . please see attached picture. The breakfast was bacon that looked raw, Mushrooms that had been boiled to with an inch disintegration. When i complained didn't even get offered a refund Just i will let my manager know "
