"Our room smelled very strongly of mildew and the sink water ran brown. The iron in our room did not work so we asked the front desk for another one and all they could do was “inform housekeeping.” We never heard anything about it again and had to go to a friend’s hotel to use their iron. We ended up checking out early and did not spend the night. I don’t recommend this place!"

"Paying extra to park at the hotel you are already paying to stay at was an unexpected fee to encounter at check in. Staff was helpful but not friendly or welcoming. Room was clean the property is looking older and needs some refreshing."

"I was here for an event at the Lenovo Center. This was my second stay here in the past 2-3 years and my first stay was perfectly fine. However this time the sheets weren’t the cleanest and neither were the pillows so we just got ready for our event at the hotel and afterwards we came back and checked out and drove back home because we did not want to sleep in those beds. Will probably not be staying here again unfortunately."

"The hotel is much older than what is shown in the pictures on their website. The staff is super pleasant and welcoming, but the hotel itself is very old, dingy and outdated with a smell. "

"The breakfast was pretty good compare to other hotels they actually serve omelets for the breakfast eaters also I like that they have an indoor pool for the kids so if it rains they could still have some fun."

"Loved our stay, staff were lovely. The only thing that would have made it amazing would be some type of background music in the bar area—it was just kinda awkward. There weren’t any pastries available for purchase that were mentioned when we checked in, which was a bummer but we just ended up going to another cafe. "
