We had an excellent stay! The kitchen was FULLY equipped and had extras we didn't expect like condiments in the refrigerator, cooking oil, hot chocolate ... Thank you! There were plenty of linens for the kitchen and the bathroom. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of firewood outside which we enjoyed. The first night was clear and perfect for stargazing! This is a lovely home away from home. We plan to return whenever we are in the area!

Lovely cabin in a great location. The place was very clean, with ample towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, as well as spices, condiments and coffee. It was a lovely stay and we will visit again if in the area.

Staying at the Starlit Burrow cabin was such a wonderful experience! The cabin had everything we needed for cooking and some extra thoughtful touches that made it feel so cozy and welcoming. Being right beside the Cypress Hills Provincial Park meant we could easily explore the trails, and the nearby public beach was perfect for a refreshing swim. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the stargazing at night was absolutely magical. It was the perfect getaway to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy every moment, we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this truly cozy cabin just north of Elkwater village in beautiful Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park! The owner has thought of everything to ensure that guests want for nothing! Top linens and towels, a kitchen equipped with every possible culinary tool, outdoor amenities including a fire pit, propane barbecue, comfortable deck chairs and a hammock! It was heaven and we hated to leave!!! We'll be back!

I rented this cozy cabin with my 2 adult daughters and my little dog. We all loved it!! The hosts think of everything for their guests! There was a snack basket, slippers, board games, an Atari, a hammock and so much more! The house was spotless and so well decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable too. Loved it!!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin is very spacious, bright and clean. It's well stocked with many thoughtful features such as outdoor blankets to keep you warm while stargazing from the deck, comfy bed, great shower and a bidet! The location is only a 4 minute drive into town. It's very scenic and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Starlit Burrow Is Outstanding

This cabin is perfect and we had such a great stay. The thoughtfulness of all the little touches like the USB and plug ins right by the bed for your phones, the bathroom accessories, and the kitchen appliances were on point and so helpful. It is close to Elkwater and yet far enough away to be part of the bustle but out of the bustle! Highly recommend this great little spot.

Perfect little cabin on the Praries

Sweet little house with everything you need to decompress and have some quiet time alone. Fire pit outside and stove inside made the cabin feel perfect. Soft bed, clean linens, a big shower, and windows on every side so you can see the sky everywhere. Roku TV channels for binge watching was great, our two dogs settled in just fine.

Isolated and quiet but easy to get to. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Fantastic bathroom. The kitchen had everything I needed. The hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. I’m already thinking about the next time I can go out there!

Wow what a gem!

I have to admit I was hesitant because there were not any reviews but wow Nicola's cozy cabin was absolutely divine! Honestly, it is the most well stocked, every detail thought about place I have ever stayed in, probably including my own house. Outside blankets, slippers, first aid kit, hair ties, the list of extras goes on and one. I can't think of anything that it didn't have that I would have liked/needed. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, including an air fryer! The dishes set-up made clean-up easy, and the window provided a great view. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom even had a great remote controlled ceiling fan. The luggage rack and clothes rack was the best most practicable set-up I have had at a VRBO. Honestly in addition to the location being perfect for my needs in Cypress Hills PP, this place is almost a destination in itself!
