Excellent Oceanfront 2BR Condo, South tower, the Best Views in the complex!

Escape the crowds of the Cozumel hotels and relax in your very own direct Ocean Front Condo.

With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

Located in the south tower; Condo #402 has an amazing direct oceanfront view. The minimalist modern decor creates a fresh and radiant space that blends with the beautiful Caribbean Waters. Bring your laptop: now with wireless internet!

Oceanfront Master Bedroom: Featuring a VERY comfortable king size bed, it is beautifully decorated with ocean colors. This bedroom is on the top level and has a private bathroom and oceanfront terrace.

Second Bedroom Jungle Side: The second bedroom is decorated in bright Mexican colors and features 2 individual beds and large closet. Includes private bathroom and jungle view terrace.

Living room: Modern furnishings and a full entertainment system are a feature of this beautiful living space which has a private ocean front terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sunsets.

2 Oceanfront private terraces: Both the living room and master bedrooms have ocean front terraces.

Beautiful ocean views

First trip to Cozumel. Came with my Person, and 20 y/o son and son’s girlfriend. Hosts are awesome - great communication. Helpful with transportation. Property is clean and beautiful and amazing to be able to jump in the ocean right off the pool deck. Very safe area. Close to everything. Rented a car - glad to have the flexibility and not very expensive and there is free parking on site. Used laundry machine and dryer - worked great. Coffee maker works great - you do not need to buy paper filters for it! Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of Culligan style drinking water. Bed plenty comfortable in master. 2nd bedroom - management pushed the twin beds together to convert to big bed and added a mattress cover and it was plenty comfortable. A/C was a little difficult to understand at first - thought had turned it off when we left condo and later found out we had left it on - but eventually figured it out. AC works really well and fast. Quiet area - peaceful. Ship watching awesome. Would love to come back some day.

A Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! This is a great location and a wonderful condo. We enjoyed the two balconies so much - there is a third off the 2nd bedroom too. We snorkeled in front of the condo - GREAT! We saw sting rays, turtles and so many colorful fish. Matt gave us excellent recommendations like - the tiki hut on the south side of the island called Welcome to Miami. It is a must. The Mojito is fabulous!! We loved the fish and pizza and Guidos and La Choza had fantastic Mexican cuisine. It was a great trip and we highly recommend this spot. You won’t be disappointed. Also loved drinks at Hemingways - wouldn’t recommend food.

What a Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cozumel and at our Miramar Condo. We enjoy the north side of the island for its snorkeling right at the property. Of course, this means no sandy beach (which one of my daughters would have preferred), but as a whole, we enjoyed this choice. The condo is clean and offers beautiful views of the sunset. The pool and outdoor area is clean and enjoyable.

Fabulous condos and location!

We had a great trip to Cozumel with our friends! The condo was perfect for the kind of trip we wanted. It was quiet and relaxing. We sat on the patio watching the cruise ships in the morning and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. Loved the snorkeling experience and the fact that we could go anytime. Fabulous vacation and we’re planning to come back next year!

Perfect condo and facility

Just checked out after 6 great nights. The condo is exactly as advertised. The AC worked great, which was needed the first afternoon we got there and one or two other afternoons. Otherwise we opened the doors and windows and let the beautiful ocean breeze blow through. The pool and chairs was nice. The diving board was fun, and the ladder was nice to get out. Snorkeled a bunch both ways up the wall. Very nice. Be careful of currents

Condo and owners are amazing!

First of all, Matias and Isabell were the kindest, most responsive owners I've ever dealt with on VRBO. This was the first time I've rented a VRBO property outside the US, and even though Cozumel is a tourist destination, we still struggled a little with communication (not with owners!) Here's the best example. After our first day, we were exhausted and didn't want to take a taxi to get dinner. There is a Domino's on the island, but my Domino's app said they didn't deliver to our condo. I tried to call Domino's, but my cell phone didn't dial the numbers right. I emailed Matias and he responded right away and he asked me what we wanted and ordered for us! The condo was sparkling clean and we never heard any other residents at all. It's a very small, and quiet property. The view from the master bedroom and family room patio was amazing. Our biggest expense was the taxis. The condo is within walking distance (a mile or so) to only one of two restaurants, so a taxi is a must to get around. However, It's $10 to town and pretty much $20-25 to any of the snorkeling places, or the nature park. We later realized that you can rent a car for about $20/day but driving is a little scary so you must be careful. I think we could've done it though....we didn't cook at the condo so I can't say anything about what's provided for cooking but there is a grocery store you can buy your food at. The condos water isn't good to drink and they provide a large water cooler with good water.

Very Accommodating

A perfect place to watch the sunset

This condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes, and when the glass carafe on the coffee pot broke, Matt had a new one there within an hour. We had to get used to the stairs that had no railing on one side; it took a day and we ran up and down like we lived there. The master bed was really comfortable and we left the a/c off to catch the breeze and sound of the ocean. The condo is on the 4th floor. Remember, however, that the first floor is below street level, so it was really only two flights. We are not strong swimmers and the current in front of the building was too strong for us to be comfortable in the water - that was the only fly. Thank you to Matt and the staff for a lovely vacation.

Perfect Condo For Our Trip

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Cozumel and stayed at Miramar Condo. We have stayed here with our family several times before and Isabella and Matias are wonderful! Our Best Vacation Yet

We absolutely loved this property. The property is beautiful, the unit was perfect for our family, and the location is super convenient. In addition, the management was wonderful and very attentive. There were many activities available on the island and we found it quite easy to take the ferry to the mainland for activities there. My husband and two daughters stayed in condo #402. It was very nice. We rented a car which was perfect because the town is a little far to walk. The town is very safe and has delicious local food. If you want to go diving you need to call Rene at Chili charters. Amazing company!!! We will definitely come back!

Great Stay

I stayed six nights in Miramar 402 the first week of March 2019. I absolutely love the condo and the property. The first thing I noticed was that it’s so quiet and peaceful. I was met by Jose who showed me the condo. After that, I was never intruded upon the whole week. The pool area is gorgeous and being on the top floor gave great sweeping views. The condo is very spacious with a very comfortable king bed with balcony. One of the reasons I rent condos is for the washer and dryer. This stacked unit didn’t disappoint. It worked great. I also loved the modern large smart TV with Netflix and cable. The sweeping balcony on this level is right below the MBR balcony and provides the same great views. This time of year, open the slider and let the breeze in. Although the A/C works great, it was hardly necessary. There is a large ceiling fan to circulate the air. The same goes for the MBR. I met a lot of nice folks during the of all ages. There was none of the hustle and bustle you find at a large resort. Everyone would gather around the pool area and chit chat. It was kind of like family. I also enjoyed jumping into the turquoise blue Caribbean water from the diving board. You can swim and snorkel but just beware there could be currents. Beautiful condo and beautiful location

This is the 3rd time we have been to Cozumel and we really loved this condo and location. The unit was very nice, the pool is great and the ocean is spectacular. Property management people were very good to deal with. We will definitely be back.
