Casa Sosa, which is secure and gated, sprawls across the entire ground floor of a two story house. Occasionally the owner visits upstairs, but otherwise you'll have the place to yourself with your own separate, private entrance.

Entering the charming home you'll find there are thoughtful touches, whimsical décor and authentic Mexican tile throughout to make you feel like you've landed someplace special. The living area, has plenty of padded rattan furniture to relax on as well as a TV. This flows directly into the dining room which is home to a table that comfortably seats four. The adjacent kitchen comes with plenty of counter space for all your cooking prep needs as well as a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and various pots, pans and accessories.

The master bedroom has a large, king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The other well-appointed bedroom has a queen size bed.

Just outside the front door you'll find a patio that wraps around the house and overlooks a lovely garden. Here you can sit and welcome the day with a cup of coffee or say adios at sunset with a margarita.

Casa Sosa is conveniently located in the Corpus Christi area of Cozumel. Here you'll find a mix of vacationers, expats and locals who are happy to give you some space or smile and say hello. You are also close to just about everything you will want or need during your stay. You are just a short walk to beaches with their abundance of watersports, supermarkets, parks, restaurants, bars and loads of shopping.
