"The property was beautiful. It was very clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great with a 10 min walk to the strip. The pool was nice and clean. The food at Moby's was amazing eveyday with fresh fruit. My only complaint is that the bathroom lights are too dim for hair and makeup purposes. Other than that, it was a dream vacation. "

"Great little place at the end of the beach, away from the major tourist areas. Nice and peaceful. Everything was great. My only complaint would be that the bed wasn’t that comfortable. But I’m also used to a $8k sleep number bed. "

"Everything in Costa Rica takes some driving time. Don’t let the 1:20min drive from the airport discourage you. Buffet food is okay. Restaurants are good. Try the tuna tartare. Area around the resort is busy and industrial. Don’t waste your time driving around for souvenirs. There are no shops. The gift shop has average to low prices. Ask for coupons at check in. 10% off helps when you buy everything at once. Airport has nice souvenirs if you don’t want to hassle during your trip, but it will probably be 20% higher. Buy your souvenirs during your excursions. Don’t forget your Yetis’s or Stanley’s, Bars fill them with drinks. Rooms are okay, but cleaned daily. Rent a car and explore. We traveled to Monteverde, Waterfalls, Jaco…at our own pace. Want to see monkeys, go to playa Manta. The entertainment at the resort is hilarious. They’re interactive and remember your name. I would go back. It’s mostly a locals place, but if you want to swim, drink, eat, and laugh you’ll have a good time. They do offer things to do and eat till 130-2am. I would go back, and see the Volcano. During our stay the roads were not passable. 8 out of 10 for me. The value $ was amazing."
