"If you are looking for a discrete and safe place to stay look no further than the penthouse at Suites Del Valle. It was a combination of staying in a tree house and a luxury apartment. It was close to public transportation and there were great restaurants in the area. I felt like I was staying at my own CDMX apartment and not in a hotel."

"En resumen pésima, no recomiendo y no volvería! Fue muy complicado contactar a la persona encargada Los guardias de seguridad son muy groseros Es un lugar muy ruidiso, en el que se escucha todo lo de los demás inquilinos Estaba sucio en general, habitaciones, ropa de cama, solo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 6 días (para 3 personas) Huele muy mal a sucio y drenaje constantemente El agua de la regadera es intermitente muy fría o muy caliente. "Toda la noche hicieron ruido en el cuarto de arriba, es imposible bañarse con agua caliente porque te prohíben tocar la manija del calentador eléctrico que permanece apagado y para evitar cargos pues te bañas con agua fría, de tantas condiciones que ponen te sientes incómodo y evitas tocar las cosas, el “anfitrión“ muy grosero. "Second time I had a great experience staying here. Front desk the staff accommodated my request for early check-in. The concierge, Ronniel was able to get me a driver that picked us up from the airport which was a great relief. Oscar was our driver and guide for our entire stay in Mexico City. Excellent and friendly service from entire staff. Would highly recommend."
