"This charming small hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Coyoacan. Our large room was beautiful and very comfortable. It had a mini-fridge, a standing fan and a safe. We had access to several sitting areas and a full kitchen. It worked perfectly for our family group of four adults. "

"I informed VRBO that I had tried to get in touch with owner 4 days before I was to check in and the number was not in service I was told they would contact the owner who would get in touch with me I emailed and called for 4 days. I got back in touch with VRBO who gave me the runaround for hours all night? They told me it would give me 100 and I would have to find my own hotel in the same area. This was an upscale area of Mexico City on a Friday night and I had booked the rooms to the company...
