"My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

"This oasis in the woods is a perfect week long or weekend respite. It is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful with chirping birds and a nearby babbling brook. Easy access to nearby country towns for groceries, restaurants or browsing. Hiking trails are abundant. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome."

"We had a great stay the only had a few things like guest being loud and one of the workers coming in our room for an hour trying to get the phone to work, but we never even asked for a new phone or even use the phone but other than that had a great day"
