Boys Reunion back Home

Annual reunion for friends. Property was great to entertain and stage us for other local events. Had an acoustic singer guitarist in and the acoustics were great! Pool is clean but is shared with two other Vrbo rentals on the property. Fire pit nice touch by the lake.privacy between the three suites is a challenge.

Everything was excellent we had fun and enjoyed the pool. Our section was very spacious and enough room for the 4 of us. Very nice location and close drive into Sydney. Only feedback I have is there was not enough pots & pans to cook properly and adding more cooking utensils.

Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers). Lastly, there was no Information packet that includes a list of recommended local restaurants and sites to see in the region (i.e. providing local knowledge). Again, this is often provided for guests who are not familiar with the local offerings. These are not significant issues by themselves, but they were noticed by their absence. This feedback was provided during our stay not as a criticism per se but as a means of enhancing the experience for future quests.That aside, everything worked as expected and the host was very responsive to any questions we had, which made the stay enjoyable and relaxing.
