"Everything was OK"

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

"We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

"I found it a good idea that rooms are only cleaned and towels changed on demand - environmentally friendly! I enjoyed breakfast and being able to choose everything that the buffet offered. Pity that by the cereals there were no oats unless one had porridge.Bromley was very convenient for my stay - central & close to 119 busstop & also for getting to Gatwick. The staff were always friendly & ready to help."

"Room spotless. Very convenient for airport. Early breakfast."
