"The bed clothes were filthy. I swear there were bed bugs. I called and asked for clean sheets and was told that there was no one there to change them. I was told I could change them and they would bring some up. They never arrived. I never got maid service. No clean towels. I honestly want a refund. "

There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. "The room was very dated but clean didn't like the towels too thin didn't absorb water but the shower was good and hot and it was clean for the most part you get what you pay for but this was a little pricey for that I think but overall it worked out breakfast would have been nice if they offered it"
