"The location was great for work and visit alike, The hotel staff where polite and friendly and did their best to accommodate where requested. I would recommend staying there. The only thing is the windows in the tower part of the Hotel have seen better days and really should be replaced, although with the secondary double glazing its not a big issue. "

"Really lovely hotel - excellent quality, with superb rooms with aircon and The White Company toiletries in the en-suite. Great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff. The only downside to this hotel is that they charge guests £6 to park, and also £15 per guest to use the swimming pool! Crazy when the rooms cost £160 per night. Come on KPH - don’t let yourself down on these points when otherwise the stay is top class. Where else really do you expect your guests to park? Otherwise, a great stay."

"The site is a management training facility that also offers a hotel service. We had a nice en suite room that contained all the essentials you would expect at a hotel. The breakfast service is superb."
