"When we initially checked in, we had an issue with there being a ton of lady bugs in our room. When we asked the front desk staff about it, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating and got us into a different room within ten minutes. We were always greeted upon return to the hotel which was very nice. The breakfast was probably the best we've had at any hotel. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was better than expected for the price point. The room was clean and adequately furnished. The only items that may be negatives for some were (in order of preference) 1) the lack of a coffee pot in the room, 2) it can be noisy late into the evening from other occupants, and 3) the breakfast options are very limited. In fairness to Baymont, the description of room amenities doesn't mention a coffee pot or a big breakfast selection. Plus, this should be expected at Baymont's price point....
