"Great budget hotel in a convenient location. We booked a couple of rooms for our stay and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were a good size, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s stay. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during check-in, making the whole process quick and easy. The hotel is in a great location if you’re travelling on the motorway or just need a convenient stopover. One thing to be aware of is that if you book through a third-party website, there is a £5 per day parking charge, so it’s worth factoring that into the overall cost. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and we’d happily stay here again."

"The entrance to the hotel is lovely and has a warm open feel. The new bar area looked well decorated and full of drinks to enjoy - staff were more than happy to help provide cold water for us and ice as well. The receptionist was welcoming, only thing was she didn't mention how to get to our room, we had to ask and there are no information booklets so be sure to have an idea of days out if on holiday. Room was bright and clean, it had a strange fan in the room which wasn't making it any cooler but had brought our own USB fan from home and with USB ports in the plug sockets it was perfect! Loads of plug sockets and conveniently placed. Only slight downside was the pool and 'spa' - pool has cracked/ missing tiles and as far as we could see there weren't any treatment rooms, but lovely staff and there was a sauna for a relax after swimming with comfy sun loungers on the pool side and gym which we didn't use. We didn't have an evening meal but we had breakfast every day with a great range of drinks, English Breakfast, gluten free cornflakes and toast (you need to ask for this) and lots of jams or honey or marmalade to choose from! Very delicious and the staff were really helpful and attentive - making sure everything was topped up. Really pleasant stay and perfect for a little get away!"
