"We loved our stay! Lea was a cut above the rest of the welcoming staff though at the front desk. Hopefully, she will serve you! Functional rooms, nice beds, and great housekeeping. The morning buffet was top notch and delicious! The Restaurant and bar had excellent food choices and was equally as tasty. The bar staff was a bit chaotic and unrefined in the later hours though. The nights we were there seemed a bit unorganized. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!"

"We like everything about the property our room was clean and very well maintained we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower as we had requested. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. It is literally just a few short blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of great restaurants and shopping close by making the area very vibrant and a very nice place to stay."

"The hotel is in a great neighborhood with awesome bars and restaurants. The parking in the nearest garage is cheap if you stay in the hotel. 40 Euros a day. Not bad compared to the street meters. Rooms are nice but AC is so so. Staff has you do entire check-in on an IPad. Not to friendly. Limited contact. Skipped breakfast."

"The hotel was magnificent and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge we had, but it was a difficult one was that the Uber driver couldn’t figure out where it was when returning from an evening out and left us in a dark, isolated area, where we had to find our own way and that was concerning. A similar experience happened to the friends we were travelling with on the same night and with a different driver"

"I stayed in a 6 bedroom female only room. The room is very spacious like the picture. There is a shower in the room but the toilet is outside in the corridor. There are multiple showers and toilets in the corridor which is nice so you don’t have to wait for the one in the room. There’s a kitchen as well. Close to M12 about 6 min walk. Quite convenient! The only thing is there’s no shampoo or body wash in the shower. Just make sure you bring your own or buy at nearby store."
