"We stayed for one night on the fourth floor. We had a room with a single King bed, it came with a small desk as well as a smart TV and mini fridge. The thermostat was a little finicky and either ran too hot or too cold so we ended up leaving it off for most of our stay. I tried out the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap and noticed that it really dried out my skin and hair. There were some small stains on our bedding and the chair but nothing crazy worth bringing up to the front desk. Overall, the room met our needs for our short term stay. The hotel itself has great amenities. There is a small market with snacks, beverages, and some refrigerated goods in the main lobby that is open 24/7. The main lobby also has complimentary coffee (regular & decaf) and hot water in dispensers with tea bags, hot cocoa mixes, and creamers which are available 24/7. There is complimentary breakfast from 7AM-10AM and at the time of our stay they offered: bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits, and some basic spreads, toppings, and seasonings. There is a medium-sized pool on the first floor. The two times I swam in it I found it to be fairly well maintained and the water was a comfortable enough temperature. There is also laundry as well as a fitness room but we didn't use them. The hotel is in a convenient location–it's within 10 minutes driving distance of various stores, gas stations, and fast food joints. Great hotel if you're on a budget."

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No cigarette odors. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Breakfast included and many tasty varieties provided - love the pancake maker! Staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Went over and above when asked for specific room close to family."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. My mother had not been on an airplane in almost 20 years, and understandably she was very nervous about both flying and staying in a hotel. This was especially important because we arrived around noon and were unable to check in until the standard 3pm check-in time. While we were fortunate to spend some time with our children and grandchildren while we waited, it was still a bit nerve-racking. We were traveling to visit my children, grandchildren, and my mother's great-grandchildren, so this trip was very special to our family who we had not seeing in a while a there was a new addition to our family. The kindness and warmth shown by your team helped make the experience even more memorable. During our stay, there was a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff addressed and resolved it immediately. Their quick response and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. My mother especially enjoyed the coffee, bagel, and sausage each morning. It was the perfect way to start our day before spending time with family. Thank you to everyone at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport for making our stay such a pleasant and stress-free experience. Your hospitality helped create wonderful memories for my mother and our entire family. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Staff was wonderful, the street view room was excellent, and parking was a breeze this time of year in October. It worked out perfectly. Wish they had a continental breakfast, but Peppermill grill is close by."

"The views and the backyard/patio were wonderful. We enjoyed kayaking out on the lake and seeing the stars at night with a great bonfire. Our toddler enjoyed the children's books there which was a fun surprise. There were issues with the dishwasher and dishes, but it was convenient to have a few stores about 12-15 minutes away to be able to get disposables and groceries."
