"We chose this home for it's proximity to Little Italy/Gaslamp Qtr. While it is near, it was not exactly a short walking distance but nothing a quick Uber/Lyft couldn't accommodate! The rental was beautiful, crispy clean with super comfortable beds. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient and for the coffee drinkers in our group, the coffee bar was much appreciated! "Great spot, in the middle of everything in san diego. We went to the zoo, little italy, and petco and didn’t move our car once. And parking is free on the streets around it. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location, very central and close to shops and restaurants. However, the apartment is quite dark, the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—I had trouble with video calls. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay."

"This isn’t the 4 Seasons but it absolutely serves the purpose. Close to Balboa park and walking distance to everything a tourist would like to see. The planes didn’t bother me and I was fine walking up the stairs. I see how some people would be find those to be hard stops. San Diego has a homeless problem but the gate is secured and I never felt unsafe. "

"had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. "

"Stayed for work, the location on the edge of the park and city was perfect for what I needed. I had my dog with me as well and it was such a relief to not have to worry about leaving her there while we went out in San Diego."

"Place was well kept, clean, and had a very nice view. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Overall I would recommend. Only thing that kind of bothered me was that the check in process felt improvised rather than planned, but it all worked out at the end of the day."

"A great property that is well taken care of. The staff care about the customers and the location is beautiful. It is a small hotel near the water, away from the crazy traffic, bustle of downtown, noise. We have stayed here 3 times already and will definitely stay again. A great value for the money."
