"We had a very nice stay in June 2025. Beds are comfortable, water for showers has good pressure and gets hot. Kitchen is well stocked with various appliances. Plenty of separate spaces for watching tv or hanging out without commandeering the space for all, but still room to all hangout together. Very nice! The location has great driving access to beaches and downtown san diego, which was perfect for us. Nearby eateries, grocery store and gas station made things easy. We loved Sea Grove park/beach nearby. Home was just as advertised. Lots of stairs, but not an issue for us. There are light touch sensors in a couple of places which threw us off, but easy once you know to look! I would highly recommend this home for adults and families with older kids/teens. Very fun stay"

"This condo is very well appointed. All beach needs covered - wagon, boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. Can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price. Definitely recommend this property for beachlovers."
