"This was more of an apartment building/long term facility than a hotel. We were only there for about an hour before we asked for a refund and found a new place to stay. I felt very unsafe in this hotel. There was a domestic dispute next to our room. I tried to call the front desk but our phone in the room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call and no one answered. At this point, we hurried to the steps to get to the front desk to find it empty as well. We had to search for the receptionist....
