This home is a piece of Cottonwood history and was originally located in Jerome before being moved to the heart of Old Town. It is located 1 block from Main Street and is within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms. The house has been completely remodeled with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill/deck, and streaming wifi @ 100 mb/s. Perfect Bungalow for a Cottonwood Visit

This charming house was the perfect place for my family with two small children. We wanted to be centrally located so we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and conveniently located in a neighborhood off of the Main Street.We highly recommend staying at this property.

The property is perfect for a get away to Cottonwood. Very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to Main St. Provides a perfect option from the pricier inns on Main St. We will definitely seek out the property for our future stays in Cottonwood. A+ property.

Great Location Walking Distance "Downtown" Old Cottonwood

Great stay, nice home, excellent location! We would definitely stay here again. Note to owner: We could not find any extra blankets and it was cold when we stayed. Also, the soap in the dispenser in the shower needs to either go or get changed out. It was pretty gross and I could not get anything to come out.

Old Town Cottonwood cottage

Very quiet, clean, relaxing place to stay, with an amazingly comfortable bed. Communication with the host was excellent. Nice that it was so close to Old Town with its shops and great restaurants.

Good location for all sorts of activities (shopping, dining, hiking, etc) around the area (Cottonwood, Sedona, etc). Great home, comfortable, nicely decorated, great outdoor space. We will stay again for sure!

Cute and great location

The cottage was very roomy with only 2 people. Shower was good, lots of porch space for hanging out. The bed nearest to the bathroom was very soft, not good for a bad back but would have been awesome in my younger years. Easy to get to Old town Main St, easy to get to Riverfront park. Would stay again!
