"Checked out early. Terrible smoke smell in so many areas Someone drunk asked me if i will go to his room with him on my first day checked in. I felt insecure. Broken shower Broken hair dryer. Pathetic experience. "

"We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb. The eggs and sausage patties were always freshly cooked, and the waffles are definitely a must-try. The breakfast staff was very attentive and made sure everything was well stocked and guests were taken care of. We absolutely plan to come back again. "

"Very friendly staff checking in. Was impressed with the lovely fountain outside the entrance. Also the lobby was beautiful, huge ceilings, very cool hanging art, comfortable chairs, chairs that made you feel relaxed and at a resort feel. The hotel was very clean, and you can tell most of the staff I came in contact to, loved there job , and take pride in there work. (I hope management knows there staff are awesome and get bonuses every so often.) Our room was great, Walked in, to my left was a half bathroom, toilet and sink. Straight in front of me a couch, good size room with a tv, a mini kitchen , mini fridge , sink, coffee machine. Bedroom was separate, and very big, capared to what I have at home. Nice big king size bed. Clean just missing a mint on the pillow, anyone remember some hotels doing that? lol. Anyways back to the review, bathroom to my left entering the bedroom, tv bed, alarm clock, sadly outdated and cheap. But who stays here for that but it is nice when you stay somewhere and they have a unit that does ur alarm, but also Bluetooth. The property has a pool and spa, and a very pretty garden around the pool. But the garden being pretty that it is, I was left with a no wow moment. It was nice and pretty, but on the scale of everything about this hotel was beautiful and resort like. The garden I felt could be more in the hotel or lobby , and just more. I love flowers and plants so it’s nice to see them having what they do too. "

"The place was minimally equipped for 8 people. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex (none) kitchen towels and bowls. The knives in the wooden block on the counter were all dirty. The air vents were quit dirty and overall things seemed dusty. The pool was really nice looking but it rained most of our stay. Location was great"

"House was very clean, decor was very nice, beds were comfortable. I chose this place because I really liked the pictures I saw of the nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen however I missed the fine print that said hot tub, and gas bbq were not working so was a big let down. Yard was overgrown, many outdoor lights not working, had to walk thru master bedroom to get to outdoor kitchen because outdoor path was muddy. Most utensils were broken. Pest control came to spray unannounced so we had to pack up our backyard spread and stay inside for a while. Various lights were out and in the kitchen lights would blink on and off constantly . We still made the best of it and kids still had some fun in the pool. Lesson learned, read the fine print carefully in description!!! I feel the house needs a very in depth once over to fix a lot of small issues. Back yard needs a good clearing of overgrowth. Probably would not stay here again but if the owner fixed these fairly minor issues, would be a great rental."

"Great location. Our host initially told us the house would not be ready until 6:00 !! but he pushed the cleaning crew to get us in on time. Pool looked inviting but was still too cold to try in mid March. Back yard/ exterior needs work.Overall, we liked our stay there. Wish the Nespresso machine worked, or the BBQ grill worked :("

"A great plus was that the bedrooms had room darkening drapes! I don't know about the front bedroom since we didn't use it. The photos don't begin to do it justice, the house is so delightful! It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many shopping centers, grocery stores , restaurants in Ek Grove. Had a wonderful stay & would highly recommend it."
