Located in the village Costitx in the centre of the island of Mallorca, the holiday home ‘Es Raco’ boasts a view of the mountains. The house has been completely renovated, keeping some rustic and traditional parts of the house and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for home office), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television as well as a highchair and a baby cot upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony, terraces (open and covered), and a jacuzzi. Here you can relax with a glass of wine in your hand while you enjoy the views. Restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in just 2-5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away (74 m).
