"The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

"Wir waren in der kühleren Jahreszeit auf Mallorca, aber die Finca von Christopher und Monica kann einem selbst verregnete Tage versüßen! Ein wirklich tolles, großes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die es für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist natürlich super! Schön ruhig in einer Wohngegend, Blick auf die Bucht von Palma und in 20 Minuten Fußmarsch an den belebten Stränden von Arenal. Kommunikation, Checkin und Gästeinformation waren ebenfalls top. Bis zum nächsten Mal! "

"Absolutely delighted with this property. Check in was super easy - we could not give an exact ETA but Jaume managed to accommodate us remotely. Best heading towards Arenal and then the turn off is quite close to the property - coming from Llucmajor is possible too but the road is quite narrow and the hire company provided us with a huge SUV. Paradisiac setting, around the pool / tennis court - absolutely magnificent - so relaxing / quiet. Double glazing - kitchen with all the necessary items &...

"Haus ist schön groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch von der Größe her super und top gepflegt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Kontakt mit Luis war sehr nett gewesen.Der Ort bietet auch einiges (Supermarkt,Apotheke,Restaurants…) Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen."

"The villa and surrounding land was beautiful. Old spacious house with some stunning views, complete with a pool and football area together with some amazing terraces. There was even a resident dog and cats who were a wonderful addition. The host also kindly left us a small food basket which was appreciated and was very responsive to our other enquiries.My only criticism are the beds. They are too small and not very comfortable which is a shame considering everything else was great. "

"The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...
