"The top floor balcony and its view are fabulous but there are a number of issues about this property. Firstly the only access to the balcony is through the master bedroom. We were on our own so it didn't matter but if you are with friends it would be a problem. They would have to go through your bedroom to get to the balcony which is the only place you will want to be. You could use the downstairs two bedrooms but they are small and dark with one without a window. We had a number of issues with...

"Amplia casa colonial en el centro de Almería, permitiendo ir andando a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. Todas las habitaciones son muy grandes con baño y tanto el salón como la terraza son una maravilla. En la zona hay bastantes bares, por lo que en alguna habitación si es fin de semana conviene llevar tapones."

"Nos ha encantado! La casa se encuentra directamente al mar. Hay algunas pocas vecinos pero aparte de esto la casa está en pura naturaleza! El propietario (Francisco) se cuida mucho de la casa y nos ha dado la comunicación con él es muy conveniente. Por las noches refrescaba pero Francisco nos dejó leña y todo lo necesario para encender. En cualquier caso podemos recomendar este sitio!"

"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

"We rented a two bed apartment for 3 weeks in February. The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water...
